Accepting new patients. I provide in-person counselling sessions in Toronto and virtual sessions for individuals in Ontario.

No two lives are ever the same – each of our life journeys is shaped by personal experiences, challenges, and hopes that are uniquely our own. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel comfortable sharing your story, exactly as it is, in your own time.

My own therapeutic goals as a mental health practitioner is through understanding one's unique experiences, emotions, and cognitions to facilitate effective behavioural change. This is in line with emotion-focused therapy (EFT) and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). These techniques are effective in assisting individuals from a multitude of cultures in achieving meaningful and lasting change. However, I use a range of other modalities in my practice that align with my clients’ goals and preferences.
