Are you feeling burned out, overwhelmed, disconnected from the person you used to be? Do you feel like you are treading water but barely keeping your head above the waves? Are you feeling stretched thin, emotionally drained, or worn down by caring for others or living with limitations? I work with individuals facing exhaustion, mood shifts, or the daily challenges of chronic illness, pain, or difficult life transitions. My approach centers on compassion and understanding; creating a safe space where you can slow down, exhale, and begin to reconnect with yourself. We work together to help you feel seen, supported & capable again.
Together, we'll make sense of what's happening; whether it's untangling emotional overload, finding steadiness, or learning how to care for yourself while managing physical symptoms or caregiver demands. I integrate evidenced-based therapies with a deeply human approach, helping clients move towards relief, balance, and meaning in their daily lives.
I believe healing happens through small, sustainable shifts and self-compassion rather than perfection. I strongly believe my role is to walk beside you, attuned to where you are and what you need in this moment, so you can rebuild energy and hope at a pace that feels right.
